A 14-year real estate industry veteran, Allison has consulted for single family, multi-family, investment, office and industrial clients in a wide array of real estate transactions. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, a Masters Degree in International Relations, and a Certificate in Finance from University of San Diego, and also holds real estate specialty designations in the residential, international and commercial fields. In addition to being an active volunteer with the After School Education & Safety program, promoting literacy and academic enrichment for San Diego children, Allison has been a member of several professional networking real estate groups including CCIM, CRES, and various Chambers of Commerce.
With the CCIM Institute, Allison successfully completed over 160 hours of coursework in Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, Lease and Investment Analysis, Disposition Strategies and Taxation issues for Investment Real Estate. The CCIM Institute is commercial real estate's most influential professional organization, with members closing $200 billion annually in commercial real estate deals. Only 6% of Realtors Nationwide have achieved this designation.
